What data we receive

The website has no data-collection forms. You contact the clinic by phone, WhatsApp or video — you decide what information to share. Your first name is enough for an online consultation.

Purposes of processing

Information is used only to communicate with you, book a consultation and provide medical care. We do not use it for mailings without separate consent and never pass it to third parties for marketing.

Video consultations

Online appointments run over a secure channel. Consultations are not recorded without your explicit consent. We recommend using a private room and headphones.

Medical confidentiality

The fact of your visit, your health, diagnosis and treatment are protected by medical confidentiality and are not disclosed to employers, schools, relatives or anyone else without your consent, except where expressly required by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Storage and security

Medical records are kept in secure information systems with restricted access, protected by organisational and technical measures. Retention periods are set by the law of Kazakhstan.

The website uses technical cookies needed for it to work (for example, to remember that you closed the notice) and may use anonymised analytics. Cookies contain no health information and cannot identify you. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

Messengers

WhatsApp messages are stored on the messenger's servers under its own policy. We recommend not sending documents or detailed medical information unless necessary.

Minors

Consultations for minors are held with the participation and consent of their legal representatives, as provided by the law of Kazakhstan.

We do not share it with employers, schools, the police or neighbours; the only exceptions are those expressly set by law. A first name is enough to call us, and paid confidential treatment does not mean a registry entry.

in Kazakhstan our doctor can come in ordinary clothes in an unmarked car. Treatment documents are given only to the patient. If you need a certificate or sick note, this is discussed separately and only at your request.

Questions and answers

How quickly can an addiction doctor arrive in Kazakhstan?

We visit 24/7, including weekends and holidays. Travel time depends on the district and traffic — usually within an hour. The dispatcher will give you an estimate when you call.

How much does home alcohol detox cost?

Home alcohol detox starts from 15 000 ₸, an online addiction doctor consultation from 10 000 ₸ and a psychiatrist from 15 000 ₸. The exact cost depends on the person's condition and is agreed before treatment. Phone advice is free.

Is it confidential? Will I be put on a registry?

Yes. Your first name is enough. Information is protected by medical confidentiality and is not shared with employers, the police or third parties except where expressly required by the law of Kazakhstan. Paid confidential treatment does not mean a registry entry.

Can I call a doctor if the person doesn't want treatment?

Treatment is only given with the patient's consent. A doctor can come, talk and assess the situation, and advise the family on how to motivate the person. Involuntary care is only possible under the procedure set by law; if life is at risk, call 103.

When is inpatient care needed instead of a home visit?

For long binges with severe withdrawal, seizures, hallucinations, serious heart or liver disease or diabetes, or if nobody can stay with the person at home. The doctor will tell you during the examination or even over the phone.

What should I do in an emergency?

For seizures, loss of consciousness, confusion, chest pain, vomiting blood, suspected overdose or any threat to life, call 103 or 112 immediately. Then contact us for further treatment.
